This website is operated by LogicStreet. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LogicStreet. By purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - PREPAID ORDERING & BUNDLE PRICING

  • Payment Model: To maintain operational integrity and logistical efficiency, LogicStreet operates exclusively on a 100% Prepaid-Only model. We do not support or offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Automated Bundling: Dynamic tiered pricing (e.g., 2 for ₹1,099 or 3 for ₹1,499) applies automatically at checkout based on cart volume. We reserve the right to alter or terminate promotional pricing metrics at any point without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - THE PRINT-ON-DEMAND QUEUE & CANCELLATIONS

  • Because every single garment is custom-printed on demand specifically for your order configuration, a physical production line triggers almost instantly.

  • Strict Cancellation Window: Order modifications or cancellations are strictly bottlenecked to a 4-hour operational window post-payment. Once an order crosses into the physical machine queue (after 4 hours), the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • We fulfill and ship parcels to destinations across mainland India.

  • Our standardized operational timeline encompasses 1–2 business days for custom printing and sorting, followed by 3–5 business days for tracking courier transit. Total delivery expectations sit firmly within 4 to 7 operational days. We are not liable for extended transits caused by courier partner disruptions or extreme regional weather blockages.

SECTION 5 - 7-DAY HASSLE-FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer direct monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we back our garments with a comprehensive 7-Day Size Exchange Policy.

  • If your regular-fit shirt requires a different size adjustment, you must initiate an exchange request via https://logicstreet.in/ within 7 calendar days of courier delivery confirmation. Apparel items must remain completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for exchange fulfillment.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive legal jurisdiction resting in the courts of your operating city/state (e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra, India).
